Warranty

We provide a limited warranty for our physical products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers normal household use of the item.

The warranty does not cover damage from improper assembly, misuse, accident, neglect, excessive force, exposure to harsh chemicals, commercial use, normal wear and tear, or modifications made to the product after delivery. It also does not cover damage caused by third-party accessories.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us via our contact page and provide clear photos showing the issue. We will review your claim. At our discretion, we may offer repair, replacement or other suitable resolution for valid warranty claims.

This limited warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No representative, agent or third party is authorized to extend or alter this warranty on our behalf.

Warranty claims must be submitted through our official contact channel. We will request proof of purchase to verify eligibility.
